If for any reason you need to return an item, please review our policy below.

1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery if:
✓ Item is unused and sealed  
✓ In original packaging  
✓ In resellable condition

Due to hygiene and safety standards, opened or used products cannot be returned.

2. Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used products
- Final-sale items
- Gift cards
- Promotional kits/bundles

3. Return Process
To request a return, contact us at info@growandglam.com with:
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Photos (if applicable)

If approved:
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless item is defective
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
- Refund will be issued to the original payment method

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:
- Contact us within 48 hours
- Provide photos + order number
We will replace the item at no extra cost.

5. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before shipping only. Once shipped, a return request must be submitted.
